Free Move it or Lose it taster class to celebrate the launch at The Madeley Centre!

Everybody Health and Leisure are delighted to announce that the popular Move it or Lose it classes are coming to The Madeley Centre from Friday 22nd July. To celebrate the launch, this first session is free for the community to come and try.

If you want to make friends, have fun, feel energised or healthier or if you have a long-term health condition, a disability or worry and struggle to exercise, then Move it or Lose it is the ideal exercise class for you.

The classes have been developed by experts to help you to improve your flexibility, aerobic health, balance and strength so you can enjoy doing the things you love for longer. All the exercises can be carried out seated or standing, depending on your ability.

Classes are suitable for adults who want to improve their fitness, mobility and confidence, especially those with long-term health conditions such as COPD, cancer, heart disease or fibromyalgia. It’s perfect for people who are unable to exercise standing due to problems with balance or wheelchair users.  And it’s ideal for those who want to socialise as well as exercise in a relaxed, friendly environment.

Everybody Health and Leisure will be delivering a bookable free taster session on Friday 22nd July, 12:30pm-1:30pm for the community to come and try the class and thereafter, a weekly session will take place from 29th July, 11:30am-12:30pm.

Booking is essential for both the free taster session and the weekly chargeable sessions (£5 per class or free for Everybody members) which can be paid for at The Madeley Centre reception on the day.
